We have a lot of families who have not logged on and updated the student demographic forms through School Engage. These forms not only provide the school with updated addresses, but also emergency contact information as well as also contains parental acknowledgement of other important legal and liability concerns such as FOIP, school activity risk acknowledgment, code of conduct, and student medical needs information.
