Kenall Johnson - Assistant Principal
Hello All! I am so very excited to be joining the Ponoka Elementary staff this year!
Though I grew up in Camrose, I spent a lot of time here as my dad's family lived in Ponoka and we often came to visit. I live in Red Deer with my husband Tim and our two children. Beck is in Grade 11 this year and Sloane is in her first year of university in Calgary.
I've been a teacher since 1998 primarily in grades 2 and 3, although I've taught all K-12 grades (not Pre-K!) in some capacity. I was the assistant principal at Alix-MAC School in Alix for the previous two years, and am so looking forward to meeting, working with, and learning from my new school community here at Ponoka Elementary School!
Outside of school, I love to travel, watch movies, read, sew, and spend time making memories with my family and friends.
