I have been teaching at Ponoka Elementary School for 21 years. Most of those years have been in Grade One! I love teaching kids how to read and write. I plan on retiring at the end of this school year. My life as a teacher will come to an end, but I look forward to the future. My husband and I raised our two children in Ponoka and we are very fortunate they choose to stay here as well. We were blessed with a granddaughter last year and we are enjoying watching her grow and learn. My favorite things to do are camping, reading, boating and cooking.
