Mr. Martin - Assistant Principal
Hello Ponoka Elementary! I am so excited to be joining this amazing school community as Assistant Principal. I’ve been an educator for over 20 years, teaching high school math, leading Math and Science across the division, serving as an Assistant Principal in both high school and Pre-K–9, and most recently teaching future teachers at Red Deer Polytechnic.
What I’m most looking forward to is getting to know the wonderful students, families, and staff who make this school so special.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my amazing wife and our three daughters. We enjoy board game nights together, and I’m always up for anything mathy, puzzly, or a little geeky!
